The system was unable to determine the sales subject to settlement for
the condition record &V1& (internal number) for the rebate arrangement
&V2&. The condition record and the rebate arrangement &V2& cannot be
settled.
The function module MM_ARRANG_GET_SETTLE_DATA has either delivered no
data record or a data record with an incorrect condition number. This
