¿Qué causa este problema?

The data on the sales area (sales organization, distribution channel,
division) of plant & have only been partly maintained or have not been
maintained at all.

Respuesta del sistema

The billing document cannot be created at plant level.
&WHAT_TO_DO& (system administrator)
Maintain the data for plant & and carry out settlement accounting for
the rebate arrangement again.
