¿Qué causa este problema?

You wanted to change the base unit of measure for the material. This
requires the old base unit to be locked to ensure that no other
application (such as Purchasing when creating a purchase order)
accesses it when it is being changed. However, the old base unit could
not be locked because another area is already accessing it.
