You can only maintain a maximum of 20 subcriteria per main criterion.
To specify more than 20 subcriteria for a main criterion, you must
define another main criterion, to which another 20 subcriteria can be
assigned.
&EXAMPLES&
For example, to have more than 20 subcriteria for the main criterion
"Service", you can define a main criteria "Service 1" and another main
criterion "Service 2". This gives you a maximum of 40 subcriteria for
"Service".
