¿Qué causa este problema?

The system determined the invalid number &V1& from a number range: The
number does not start with the leading zeros that are required when
using check digits:
The insurance object numbers have 20 characters and can contain one or
two check digits. The number and type of the check digits is dependent
on the function that is processed for event V655.
If a check digit is used, the insurance object numbers from the number
range must have a leading zero. If check digits are used, two leading
zeros are required. (The check digits are added to the numbers and the
appropriate number of leading zeros is removed.)
