¿Qué causa este problema?

All partners are marked for archiving on insurance object &V1&.
You have executed an archiving run. You have not yet executed the
corresponding deletion run.
As long as archiving has not been completed (including the deletion
run), an insurance object that has been marked for archiving can not be
changed.
