Subsequent process batches exist for the selected process batch (for
example, as the result of a split). As a result, it is no longer at the
highest level.
However, you can only delete top-level process batches.

The system does not delete the process batch.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to delete the selected process batch, you must first delete
all subsequent process batches and copies of this process batch.
Likewise, if subseuqent process batches or copies exist for these
process batches, you must delete these too.

process batches.
