The MARA segment data you have specified is incorrect.
This data cannot be used to create a variant since the corresponding
entry does not exist in the variant segment. Nor can it be used to
change an existing variant since the variant does not exist.

Depending on the cause, be sure of the following if you specify a MARA
segment:
To specify the relevant variant when creating a variant that differs
from the generic material
That the relevant variant exists when changing the variant
