You have not defined a
<DS:GLOS.352AC0A188E65CD5E10000009B38F974>release indicator</> for the
initial status "Blocked".
As a rule, a purchasing document must first be released before it can
be processed further. When you create a purchasing document, this
document must therefore initially be blocked by an appropriate release
indicator.
<zh>Example</>
When it is first created, a purchase requisition is assigned a release
indicator blocking it from being used as the basis to generate RFQs or
POs. On the detail screen for this indicator, the indicators signifying
release for the issue of RFQs and POs are <zh>not</> selected.
