¿Qué causa este problema?

A query was triggered to find the cleansing case related to a change
request.

Respuesta del sistema

Either the cleansing case does not exist any longer or the change
request &v1& is not related to any cleansing case.
If the change request is in status <ZK>Final Check Rejected,</> then
most probably the cleansing case was deleted along with the rejection of
this change request. This is only possible if the change request has
been in draft mode during rejection.
