For various reasons, the system has no access to the transactions in the
external system. Possible reasons include the following:
This function requires a connected <ZK>SAP Advanced Planning und
Optimizing (SAP APO) </>system that has at least Release 6.0. However,
the logical system <LB>&V1&</>in which the material is integrated has a
previous version.
You may not yet have a user ID in the external system <LB><(>&<)>V1<(>
&<)></>.

The system will not invoke the transaction.

To be able to use the function with a previous SAP APO version, you need
to contact SAP Active Global Support.
If you do not yet have a user ID in the external APO system, contact
your responsible user administrator.
