¿Qué causa este problema?

You must specify an OLTP field name so that the query can later be used
in an analytical application.
When you create new query fields, this field name may remain blank.
This is because the system cannot propose a default due to the current
system relationship between OLTP and BW.
In order to interpret the data returned by the query &V1&, you must
enter a field name here.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Specify a name as suggested by the documentation for the analytical
application this query will be used in.
