¿Qué causa este problema?

Matchcode fields can be defined as component fields of the original
field by specifying a length and offset. A component field which would
exceed the limits of the original field was defined in the length and
offset specification, i.e. the condition
<LS> 0 <= offset + length <= length of the original field </>
was violated.
