¿Qué causa este problema?

Printout of the selected message (output) is not possible. The reason
may be that the message has the output type <LB>7</> (MAIL message).
Only messages with the output type <LB>1</> can be printed.

Check the output type on the output detail screen. If the output type
is not equal <LB>1</>, you cannot print the message.
