¿Qué causa este problema?

Goods issue is not possible for item &V1& of purchase order &V2&. The
possible reasons for this are as follows:
Item &V1& is not a stock transfer item.
The entered plant does not match the plant in the item.
Goods issues for this purchase order must be posted via a delivery
document.
