¿Qué causa este problema?

As reference field for field &V1& you have given the field &V2&-&V3&.
This reference field serves as model for the field to be generated &V1&
of your info structure. The reference field &V2&-&V3& is the QUAN or
CURR type. Fields of this type are not possible without a unit. Since
the field &V1& in the info structure is given the type &V4& from the
reference field &V4&-&V3&, the field &V1& cannot be selected without
dimensions (units '00' or '50').
