If you receive this error message when trying to create a scheduling
activity from the monitor, manually enter the interval and duration,
ensuring that the duration does not exceed the interval.
If you receive this error message when trying to create a scheduling
activity from the checkpoint or loading/unloading point transaction,
contact the system administrator.
