You are attempting to edit object &V1& &V2& (ID &V3&). This object has
a historical record, which means that it is locked for all further
processing.
This error often occurs when you want to create relationships. Creating
a relationship is also considered as changing the object. You cannot
make any changes to an object with a historical record.
