According to settings made in <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLSDOVDSP>Customizing
for subsequent delivery splits</>, the system is to check whether the
quantities that were split contain the target correlation for a bill of
material.

If the system message is controlled by message type 'E', the split is
not possible.
