¿Qué causa este problema?

The base number of the international location number (ILN) "&MSGV1& is
&MSGV2& long and therefore too long. It must be "&MSGV3&" characters,
at most.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the ILN basis number that has been maintained either at
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_HUMIDEANSSCCNWL>plant/storage location</> level or
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_HUMIDEANSSCCNL>warehouse number level</> in the
Implementation Guide. If you cannot change the settings, inform your
system administrator.
