Check whether the liveCache is active by choosing the following path in
the SAP menu: <ls>Tools -> APO Administration -> liveCache / COM
Routines -> Monitor</>
<DS:TRAN.LC10>-> Run monitor immediately</>
If the <zh>liveCache is active</>, one of the following problems may
have occurred:
An error has occurred in the database interface of the SAP Web AS of the
APO
An error has occurred in the liveCache
If the <zh>liveCache is not active</>, one of the following problems may
have occurred:
The liveCache has been stopped (for example, for a program upgrade or
other maintenance), or is currently being initialized
An error occurred in the liveCache or in a LCA routine, which lead to
the liveCache crashing
