¿Qué causa este problema?

You are trying to replicate the changed batch-specific material units
of measure via the <LS>RequestChanges </> parameter directly from
engineering change management.
In this case, you are not permitted to specify any selection criteria
in the <LS>Material </>or <LS>UoMUsage </> parameters because the
objects to be replicated are selected via the change pointers.
You cannot use the <LS>Recipients </> parameter to restrict the
replications to particular receiving systems because the system resets
the pointers in engineering change management and will not include any
possible further recipients.
