¿Qué causa este problema?

The system was to check whether it is possible to create a connection to
remote component system &V1& using RFC destination &V2&, and whether the
associated communications user &V3& can log on there. However, this user
does not have authorization for function group SYST, meaning that it was
not possible to perform a logon check.

Check in the component system whether the user has been assigned the
role SAP_BC_LAW_COMMUNICATION or the profile S_LAW_COMM. Assign this
role or profile to the user, or add the function group SYST to the role.
