¿Qué causa este problema?

The system has carried out quantity reduction during production supply.
As a result, the system has not created a transfer order since the
quantity requested was already available in the destination storage
bin.
For transfer requirements with material that is to be picked directly
for the production order, the system will reduce the quantity to be
transferred if sufficient material is available in the destination
storage bin.
Since the system regards the transfer requirement as fully processed
now, it issues this message.
