You can create exceptions which either have one or two threshold
values. Exceptions with one threshold can be defined in combination
with check box 'Active'.
An exception without any thresholds is not useful and cannot therefore
be saved.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you wish to save the exception, set at least one of the thresholds
to 'Active'. If you do not wish to save the exception, choose 'Cancel'.
