You have set the "Do not change" indicator and started the transaction.
Data has already been posted in &V1& for statistical key figure &V2&.
This data may have come from a previous transfer or may have been
entered manually. Note that zero values do not necessarily mean that no
data exists, and are thus also ignored by the program.

If you want to update all the data, rerun the transaction, this time
setting the "Reset and overwrite" indicator.
