¿Qué causa este problema?

The system requires a valid <DS:DE.AWVRS>target cost version</> to be
able to carry out the transaction. The target cost version is taken
from the <DS:DE.REFVS>reference version</> 000. However, a target cost
version has not been maintained for reference version 000 in
<DS:DE.KOKRS>controlling area</> &v2&, or the <DS:DE.AWVAR>variance
variant</> required for <DS:DE.CO_STEP_4>variance calculation</> is
missing.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

To create a target cost version:
Go into the maintenance of the target cost version.
Create a <DS:DE.KAGRU>cost element group</> for the
<DS:DE.CO_STEP_2>first split</>.
If necessary, maintain a variance variant for variance calculation.
