This message tells you which quantity structure was used by the cost
estimate on which the calculation of target costs is based, and which
quantity structure was used in the actuals.
The cost estimate on which the calculation of target costs was based
used a different quantity structure than that of the order.
This means that the cost estimate used a different combination of task
list type and task list group than in the order actuals.
