A summarization run could not be carried out on this hierarchy because
the hierarchy structure is incorrectly defined. Possible causes:
Return code 01:
The first field of hierarchy &v1& &v2& does not reference the
controlling area.
Return code 02:
The hierarchy structure is empty.
Return code 03:
Hierarchy ID &v2& does not exist.
Return code 04:
The hierarchy structure exceeds the maximum length.
Return code 05:
The hierarchy structure contains too many hierarchy fields.
