¿Qué causa este problema?

You have started a background function. A job was created for this
purpose under the name &V1&.

Respuesta del sistema

All changes were saved before the job planning. Exceptions are any
changes made in preparing the background processing itself.
After completion, the SAP R/3 System branches to the job overview,
where you can find job &V1&.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the job status. You can maintain controlling areas only after all
jobs have ended.
