Cost element &v2& does not exist in CO area &v1& from &v3& to &v4&.
To process a cost element, or to use a cost element as a reference, it
must exist in the system for the relevant analysis period.
This message can also appear if you are working with a cost element
group that includes cost elements that are not valid for the selected
analysis period.
