To find the allowed overhead key, the system has to know the costing
sheet. The system ignores any entry you made just before you called
up the possible entries (without first pressing ENTER).

The correct procedure is as follows:
Enter the costing sheet you require.
Press ENTER.
Position the cursor on the "Overhead key" field.
