Enter the cutoff period in the form PPP.YYYY oder PPPYYYY, where PPP is
the period and YYYY is the fiscal year.
Example: 001.2016
Note: - Entries such as 1.2016 are also acceptable.
- The entry 0012016 is interpreted as 001.2016.
- Always enter all four digits of the year.
