¿Qué causa este problema?

Order &v1& uses the order status management function.
You cannot perform the functions "Release", "Technically complete",
"Close", "Set block" and "Delete block" on orders using this form of
status management.

You cannot perform the function selected.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

For orders which use order status management, you can only change the
phase by changing the order status.
To block an order, you have to enter a "Disallowed transaction group".
