¿Qué causa este problema?

The system cannot find any cost element groups. Cost element groups
determine the line layout of the report. Possible causes of this error:
You have not selected any cost element groups for your application in
Customizing
You selected a cost element group in Customizing that does not exist in
your client

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you have not selected any cost element groups, go into Customizing
and select cost element groups for your application under <ZH>Selection
-> Check cost element groups</> or <ZH>Selection -> Select cost element
groups for project reports</>.
If you have already selected cost element groups in Customizing, then
the problem is that they do not exist in your client. To transport the
cost element groups into your client, go into Customizing and use the
transport utility.
