¿Qué causa este problema?

The layout you have entered (or is being used by the specified planner
profile) - layout &V1& - does not exist in the current client.
There are two possible reasons for this:
The layout has not yet been created in Customizing.
The layout is a SAP standard layout and has not yet been imported to
the client in which you are logged on.
SAP standard layouts for Profit Center Accounting begin with '8A-',
user-defined layouts cannot begin with a number.

If layout &V1& is an SAP standard layout, you must first import it from
client 000. For Profit Center Planning layouts, choose
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUORK17KEJ>Import Planning Layout</>, for layouts for
entering actual data, use the function
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUORK19KEJ>Import Layout</>.
