The profit center already exists in controlling area &V3& for part or
all of period &V1& - &v2&. You can only create a profit center if it
does not yet exist for any part of the period.

Use the display function to see which period of time the profit center
has already been defined for. You can then create profit centers for
any time periods in which they do not already exist.
