¿Qué causa este problema?

The system has determined that the authorizations for displaying the
data of WIP calculation is missing for the following authorization
objects:
For the plant: K_WIP
For the profit center: K_WIP_PC
For the company code: K_WIP_BU
For the valuation view: K_TP_VALU

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

The data of the objects of the affected plants, profit centers, company
codes, or valuation views is set to 0.
For the affected object, the field "No auth./plant", "No auth./PrCtr",
"No auth./CoCode" or "No auth./val. view" is set to "X". The fields for
the plant and valuation view, which are normally hidden, are visible to
allow you to see the plant or valuation view for which the authorization
is missing.
An information message is issued in the message log of WIP calculation
for each missing authorization. The message numbers are:
For the plant: KJ 823
For the valuation view: KJ 824
For the profit center: KJ 826
For the company code: KJ 827

If you want to display the data of WIP calculation, enter the missing
authorizations. To determine which authorizations are missing, see under
System Response above.
