¿Qué causa este problema?

User &V1& is planning in controlling area &V2&, version &V3&. Thus,
plan reconciliation with update posting is not possible.

If plan reconciliation is not started in a test run, it is not started
at all because the posting is not possible.
Starting in the test run removes the option of posting at the end of
processing, but calculating plan reconciliation is possible.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Try again later if plan reconciliation posting is necessary. If only
plan reconciliation calculation is desired, make a test run of the
reconciliation.
