You can restrict the data volume further by drilling down further in
the report.
Consider whether the line items should be read.

If possible, enter a company code, distribution channel and plant
(index exists). If you store the customer and product in account-based
Profitability Analysis, enter these as well.

Additional criteria for selecting plan data:
Enter a version and a period.
You can restrict the selection further by entering more characteristic
values. This can reduce the number of profitability segments read
significantly.
