A number of hierarchical structures are stored for the characteristic
&V1&. However, you have not yet chosen a hierarchy in the report
definition.
Due to the hierarchy settings (mandatory hierarchies), you must choose
a hierarchy.

You cannot execute the report until you have chosen a hierarchy and
saved the report under "Change report".

Execute the transaction "Change report" and choose a hierarchy for the
characteristic &V1&.
