¿Qué causa este problema?

The definition of the report already contains a fixed value for the
characteristic "&V2&". Consequently, you cannot deactivate this
characteristic.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You can remove the fixed value using the transaction "Change report"
under menu "Goto -> Character. values".
