Operating concern &V1& is active in costing-based CO-PA, and the cycle
&V2& was defined with the sender selection type "Split costs".
Therefore a value field must be assigned for either the fixed or
variable costs or for the total costs. However, no value field has been
assigned for any of these in assignment line &V4& of PA transfer
structure &V3&.
