define the receiver. This characteristic is not a segment-level
characteristic.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to run the allocation based on "variable shares", you can
only use segment-level characteristics to define the receiver.
Change the segment definition or
Make the characteristic &V1& a segment-level characteristic.
