available once the template has been transferred to the current client.

You can keep the current status by not transferring the template to the
current client. Your settings and adjustments will then remain intact.
If you want to use the most up-to-date status in your current client,
then it is necessary to transfer the template to the current client.
Note that all prior changes to the template will then be lost.
