This field assignment for external data transfers is an initial
proposal for a possible assignment. It has <ZH>not</> been saved in the
database.

This message only appears if you have not yet saved a field assignment
for the selected assignment group.
Note that the field assignment you maintain here forms the basis for
generation of the ABAP program for transferring external data. If you
do not save this proposal, the program will not be generated.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Save the data. You may need to make at least a "pseudo-" change to a
field name.
