¿Qué causa este problema?

The structure of table &V1& was changed and saved. However, the table
has already been created in the database system, and therefore needs to
be converted.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Execute transaction SE14 (Database Utility). Enter object class
"Tables". Enter table name &V1&, select "Online" or "Background", and
then press "Convert".
The data in the table is then copied to the new structure, and the
table is activated in the ABAP Dictionary.
