Enter a document number explicitly if this is possible. Otherwise you
need to expand the number range interval.
In Customizing for Profitability Analysis, choose "Initial Steps ->
Number Assignment -> Maintain groups" under either "Flows of Actual
Values" or "Planning".
Select the group to which this record type is assigned, then choose
"Intervals".
