¿Qué causa este problema?

You have called up the "Target value search" function. However, the
layout used in the current planning session does not contain any
formulas. Additionally, the application for the planning processor does
not use periodic formulas for the current layout (periodic formulas can
be specified on the system side and calculated at the period value
level). This means that there is no functional dependency of the target
cell to the source cell.
