A turnover in company code <(>&<)>V1& , with the turnover number
<(>&<)>V2& and the posting date <(>&<)>V3& is supposed to be created.
The Customizing specifications for the residence time for archiving
turnovers show that this turnover can be archived after the <(>&<)>V4&.
However, because this date has already elapsed, and thus to avoid any
potential inconsistencies, this turnover cannot be created.
